A verified directory of the nine certified Paški sir producers listed by the Association of Pag Cheese Producers.

The short answer

The Association of Pag Cheese Producers currently lists nine certified producers of Paški sir. They range from larger dairies to family farms and mini dairies in Pag, Kolan, Mandre, Miškovići and Novalja.

Certification establishes eligibility to sell cheese under the protected name; it is not a ranking. Each profile below separates the common PDO rules from producer-specific history, scale, products and visitor information.

What certified means

Paški sir has been registered as an EU Protected Designation of Origin since November 2019. Certified production is assessed against the official specification; the Croatian Ministry identifies Biotechnicon as the authorized conformity-control body.
