EU and Croatian official material comes first for legal and designation claims. Peer-reviewed research supports scientific claims. Producer primary sources support producer-specific facts, with independent corroboration where useful.

Claims that receive extra scrutiny
History, production rules, certification, breed characteristics, milk composition, nutrition, awards, production volume, availability, price and health guidance are not published from weak or undated sources.

Review and correction
Sources store title, publisher, author where applicable, URL, publication date, access date, type and editorial notes. When reliable sources disagree, the disagreement remains visible.
