Sirana Gligora currently publishes a scheduled guided-tour programme in Kolan. O.P.G. Vidas states that visitors can see production and buy at its family facility in Novalja; contact ahead because no public schedule is given.

Dairies are working food-production sites. Confirm details with the producer shortly before travelling, especially outside the main visitor season.

Guided visits at Sirana Gligora

Gligora’s June 2026 visitor page lists tours of the production area and maturation cellar followed by the Cheese Bar. It publishes fixed daytime departures and asks groups of eight or more to reserve in advance; current times and prices should be checked on the producer’s page.

Direct visits in Novalja

The Association’s Vidas profile identifies the production facility at Tina Ujevića 1, Novalja, and states that production can be viewed and products purchased there. It gives no opening hours, so advance contact is prudent.
