Flock, milk and production
The producer reports about 250 sheep and gives its address as Figurica 11, 23251 Kolan. Public information does not establish a current online shop or scheduled tour programme.

PDO context
Certification means the producer may use the protected name for cheese made in conformity with the Paški sir specification. The PDO requires whole milk from the island’s native sheep, at least 60 days of maturation, and production within Pag, Maun or Škrda.
